A new license category called “Sample Collector” allows Mandatory testing samples to be taken by licensees.
Nova is excited to announce that today the OMP issued Nova Analytic Labs its conditional Adult Use Testing License. This is a major first step in being able to offer much anticipated and needed testing services to Maine’s Adult Use industry.
Nova Analytic Labs is located at 65 Milliken Street in Portland. We will offer a complete testing menu that covers all mandatory testing needs and, in addition, some unique test offerings designed to enhance product characterization and understanding.
In June, Nova will seek individual test certifications from the Maine CDC – a final step before being able to offer commercial testing service to the industry.
Testing services are expected to be in high demand and short supply. We are aware of this issue and are trying to do everything in our power to help mitigate this issue and inconvenience to business and consumers.
