Submitting Adult Use Samples in METRC
There are several steps required by the OMP and METRC to successfully submit your samples for compliance testing and avoid unnecessary administrative delays. Test sample package errors, insufficient sample quantities, incorrect test orders…etc…etc…can cause delays in METRC but, we are here to help.
All of our testing clients are encouraged to take advantage of our on-site sample training. One of our talented lab personnel will travel to your facility to meet with you and your staff and dive into the OMP sampling requirements and METRC process. We will provide walk-throughs and guide you hand-in-hand during your first test sample submissions.
This upfront time investment will be well worth it…simple data entry errors in METRC can lock samples up to 3 days in METRC after receiving a passing CoA. Let us help you get it right the first time.
We’ve also built an integration with METRC. This allows you to import data associated with your testing package tags and source tags into the testing portal. Invoices and payments are easily tracked online through our billing portals and submit payment with any debit or credit card online.

Due to popular demand, we are offering a free pick-up service for our clients. We will come to your location and pick-up samples, review your orders, and provide any on-site assistance needed at that time. As always, Nova targets a 3 business day turn-around time for testing, when samples are received by 12pm. For example, samples dropped off at 10am on Monday will be reported by end of business on Thursday. Samples dropped off after 12pm on Monday or before 12pm on Tuesday will be reported on Friday.
