A new license category called “Sample Collector” allows Mandatory testing samples to be taken by licensees.
The City of Portland unanimously voted to allow a provisional or temporary license for labs seeking to test under the adult use legislation in the City of Portland. This is a tremendous win for Nova as it will help us to be operational quicker which, in turn, will speed the implementation of the adult use program.
Testing is crucial to the rollout of the adult use market and to ensure public safety. We are grateful for the city’s response and attention to this important issue. As a result, we plan to be live and testing very soon!
